History: KS Innovations LLC is a product development company that started when Karin Ulik, a mother of four children, designed the Picture Perfect Home Studio™ backdrop kit to meet a personal need as she designed scrapbook pages and detailed the lives of her children and family. “I developed this product to get great pictures without dragging my children to the photo studio,” Ulik stated. “Taking any child, much less four children, to a photo studio can really be a trying experience, not to mention expensive,” Ulik added. “This product allows you to capture those special milestones and add your personal creativity right in the comfort of your own home over and over again.”

When people saw her pictures and asked where she had them taken, Ms.Ulik knew she was on to something since she was simply using her point-and-shoot digital camera to get the shots. Her husband, Steve, suggested she use her background in marketing and product development to design the product. They started KS Innovations LLC a few months later.

The Picture Perfect Home Studio™ line of products, launched in 2006, is the first launch for the company. The company is also working on other product lines as well.
